Trondheim municipality, represented by the Municipal director, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding an agreement for the Establishment councelling and professional business assessment for entrepreneurs in Trondheim municipality, Indre Fosen municipality and Malvik municipality.

Award of contract notice for security guard services for the Unit for Substance Abuse Services. Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of manual security guard services. The scheme will be used for contracts from and including NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. Assignments for less than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT will be procured under framework agreements. 

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for contracts in the project ‘Framework Agreement for Engineering Design and Consultancy Services Dams and River Systems'. The purpose of the assignment is to gain knowledge about the extent and supply of pollution to runoff from the area to implement necessary measures to reduce or eliminate sources of pollution.

The Contracting Authority requests tenders for the procurement and delivery of: -Toys/games/activity materials -- for inside and outside use -- adapted for all ages and with various functional levels - Bicycles and an offer for bicycle servicing -- for use in nurseries and before-and-after-school care. - Art materials/hobby articles -- adapted for all ages and with various functional levels The contract will be valid for all entities in Trondheim municipality, but nurseries, schools and before-and-after school care will be the major users of the products. The range will also include products for adults with different levels of maturity/ability.

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority and/or contracting authority, invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations for an electronic lock system (eLock). The system can consist of different types of equipment, but the main system must not consist of using a key box. A framework agreement will be signed for the offered equipment, and a SSA-L contract for the delivery of an administration system. These contracts are to be seen as a whole, but they will have separate provisions on the duration. This means that the contract for the administration system can end at a different time than the framework agreement for the procurement of equipment, for example, if the contracting authority enters into a new contact for equipment with another supplier with a different administration system, but at the same time would like to use the equipment delivered in this contract for its lifetime.

The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical, and financial basis required to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent works for the execution of the contract work mentioned above in accordance with the tender documentation. The contest will be held via the municipality's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and submission of tenders must go via the tender management tool (KGV).
