TTDA6023 Paignton Academy STEPs - Phase 1 Refurbishment & Phase 2 SEND Demolition & New Build-STEPs is an enhanced resource provision which caters for secondary pupils with SEND; it is run by Paignton Academy School. The provision is currently located off site at QED Community Centre.
