UK Shared Prosperity Fund - People and Skills and Sector Pathways Programme Delivery-Torbay Council is looking for providers to deliver employment and skills interventions across Torbay. There are five separate opportunities (Lots) that the Council wishes to procure. Funds have been made available via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Torquay Towns Fund and Economic Development budget.
