Supply Delivery and Operation of an Observation Wheel in Torquay-Torquay has had a seasonal Observation Wheel attraction since 2015. This process is to procure a seasonal Observation Wheel from March 2024 for 5 years. The Operator has the option to provide a bar and food outlet onsite, associated with the Observation Wheel. If a bar and or food outlet is provided the Operator must also provide suitable portable toilets including an accessible toilet, as well as a waste management plan.

Roofing Repairs-This work is to undertake further temporary urgent works to specific locations, on the mansion and the rotunda, required to prevent further water ingress over the upcoming winter.
