Scope of work: - The successful bidder shall carry out the Design, Manufacture, supply, erection and commission of Pit bottom buffer at Central shaft as per DGMS circular (Tech) No. 01 of 2013 and as per the latest DGMS guidelines. - The details of the shafts are as follows: TECHNICAL DETAILS FOR PIT BOTTOM BUFFER FOR WINDER. 1. No. of cages and self weight of each cage. 2 Nos , 2400 Kgs each 2. No. of persons in each cage 16 persons 3. Total suspended load 7858 Kgs 4. Winding rope diameter 30 mm 5. Dimensions of the cage 850 x 1500 mm 6. Vertical distance of bottom most landing from surface 960 Mtr 7. Total depth of pit 1000 Mtr 8. Man Winding Speed 4 Mtr / Sec 9. Diameter of shaft 1700 x 2500 Rectangular 10. Sump below bottom landing Yes The success - The successful bidder has to visit the mines and understand the working situation of the HGML before proceeding for design and manufacture. The equipment shall suit our requirement as the shaft is used for both Men and Ore hoisting in the same winder. - Minimum six numbers mechanised hydraulic cylinders shall be used for each cage. - The 4 sets of the drawings shall be submitted to HGML for approval and manufacture the same after getting approved by the HGML. - The scope includes transportation of the equipments to Hutti. - The testing of the Pit bottom buffer shall be carried our as per the latest DGMS guidelines. - The time period to complete the work is 6 months after receiving the work/purchase order for the work.
