Integrated Incident, Risk Management and Patient Safety System-The requirement for this new Framework and Main Call Off Contract is driven by the need to change from the existing Integrated Incident Risk Management & Patient Safety System (IIRMPSS) which has been used by the Health Boards (Datix) for over 10 years, to a cloud-based solution. NHS Scotland has a requirement to deliver an IIRMPSS to ensure it complies with legislative requirements and to meet its legal obligation to ensure the safety of its staff, patients and visitors.
