Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w maksymalnej wysokości 12 400 000 PLN na pokrycie planowanego deficytu w wydatkach inwestycyjnych. Kredyt będzie wykorzystany do 29.12.2023 r. w trzech transzach. Spłata kapitału w złotych polskich będzie następowała w ratach kwartalnych (do 31 marca, do 30 czerwca, do 30 września, do 31 grudnia każdego roku) z karencją do 31 marca 2024 r.
