The contracting authority would like to procure defibrillators for Helse Stavanger HF The defibrillators will be used in-hospital for monitoring unstable patients, electro conversion of arrhythmias and resuscitation of patients with cardiac arrest. The defibrillators will be used in emergency, heart, and intensive care departments and wards, and will be placed on emergency trolleys. Manual defibrillators will be procured, both with and without capnography, as well as irons. The defibrillators must be biphasic, and must have both a manual and semi-automatic mode. All the functions must be able to be adapted so that they can be used on babies, children, and adults. The defibrillators will be used to give shocks synchronously and asynchronously, as well as pacing. An option will be offered for real-time feedback of the HLR quality, and there will be an option for irons. A framework agreement will be signed for the accompanying equipment-dependent consumables/electrodes. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification and Annex 1 - Price Sheet for further details.

The purpose of the procurement is to procure 1 thulium laser and accompanying equipment-dependent consumables for the urological surgery department at Helse Stavanger HF. The thulium laser will be used for stone crushing and tumour surgery in urinary tracts. An option is also to be offered for service (cf. Annex 4 - Overview of service levels), service course for 2 people and 1 thulium laser (corresponds to the main product) for routine surgeries. It is also desirable to have the option of normal expendable parts/maintenance parts, loan equipment and a possible alternative laser model with thulium technology if this can be offered.
