Suffolk Retrofit Assessment Voucher Scheme-On behalf of the Suffolk Climate Emergency Programme (SCEP), Suffolk County Council (SCC) has awarded a contract to design and deliver a retrofit assessment scheme. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT.
