SBC 0824 Design and Build of an 11 unit scheme of 2-bed and 1-bed flats - AWARD-The Council is seeking to provide a new development of 11 units with associated parking at the existing 22-24 Ellis Avenue, Stevenage. The development involves the new build construction of 11 new affordable homes, consisting of 8 x two-bedroom flats, and 3 x one-bedroom flats. The development will include all associated on and off site works as indicated on the accompanying site layout.
