Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for a contract for the delivery of a new ITSM system.

The aim of the contest is to facilitate service recipients who will need temporary housing. Stavanger Municipality, c/o the NAV offices, is obliged under the Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation Act, Section 27 to find temporary housing for those who cannot do so themselves. The service will be relevant in acute situations. Stays in temporary housing must not go on for a long time. The NAV offices in Stavanger Municipality must be a user of this framework agreement. A complete description of the delivery and the requirements specification can be found in the three attached lots. Through this contest, the Stavanger municipality, c/o BMU Anleggsprosjekter, would like to enter into a contract for the replacement and clearing of water and sewage systems using a "trenchless" method. The water and sewage pipes that will be renewed are located in Madlaveien, Hannasdalsgata and side streets. A street with priority for cycles will also be constructed in Hannasdalsgata.

The municipal council decided in June 2022 that Stavanger Municipality should undertake the debt collection service internally. A tender contest will therefore be published for the procurement of a debt collection system.

Stavanger municipality would like to enter into 2 separate framework agreements for the delivery of furniture to the following areas: Contract 1: schools, institutions, offices. Contract 2: nursery schools. Stavanger Municipality's practice for the procurement of furniture use be climate and environmentally friendly, and promote respect for basic human rights and animal welfare. Procurement power gives Stavanger Municipality the possibility to influence global supplier chains. We do this by addressing human rights, society, and the environment in our supplies contracts that are vulnerable to risk. We welcome a call for tenders that seeks to reward tenderers who actively work to limit negative impacts on people, society and the environment.

The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a contract for a framework agreement for the delivery of scaffolding with load class up to and including 5 for Stavanger Municipality, BMU Eiendom Byggdrift. Other units in Stavanger Municipality can use the contract if wanted.

Stavanger Municipality and Sola Municipality have carried out a contest for the delivery of fire extinguishing equipment and service of fire extinguishers, fire hoses and fire drums for municipal buildings and residences in the municipal properties. The municipalities are responsible for ensuring that the fire extingusishing equipment in use in our buildings is safe and secure and that maintenance and inspections are carried out on them in accordance with the Norwegian Standards NS 3910 and NS-EN 671-3.

Stavanger Municipality would like to procure an internet based system for showing activities and events in the municipality. The system will make it possible for teams, organisations, and municipal agencies to make their activities easily available for the inhabitants of the municipality. The aim is that is easy for inhabitants to find activities, and for event organisers/organisations to market them. 

Stavanger municipality, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, would like to enter into an agreement for the delivery of road markings for roads and GSV, with the exception of special symbols on cycle paths and cycle lanes.
