The assignment includes operational and maintenance assignments, with functional responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads and national foot/cycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in the following municipalities: Kinn, Stad, Volda, og Stryn municipalities in accordance with the road list given in chapters D2-V1. The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery. The contract period is from and including 2023-09-01 to and including 2028-08-31 for all of the described assignments.

Statens vegvesen, Trafikant og kjøretøy (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for a framework agreement regarding the delivery of traffic signs type 590, in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Handbooks, including freight. Traffic signs type 590 are signs with traffic safety information, which are placed along Norwegian roads. To use signs along the road as a means of communicating different messages from the Contracting Authority, primarily in connection with traffic safety and campaigns.

A new four-lane road shall be constructed on the E39 road from Hove to Osli. The stretch is the first lap of the new E39 road between Ålgård and Hove. The lap starts at the current two-level crossing at Hove and connects to the current E39 road at Osli. Local roads and collector roads shall also be constructed in addition to the national road footpaths and cycle lanes,

Milling and renewal of wearing courses on national and European roads.

The assignment comprises operation and maintenance tasks for Electrical and Automation, mainly in tunnels with associated open air zones. These tunnels are amongst Norway’s most heavily trafficked and several of them have an advanced control system and complex ITV installations with automatic incident detection (AID). The contract ensures functional responsibility for some of the assignments, both on and along national roads in Oslo, Asker, Bærum and Hole. The assignment includes, amongst other things, inspections, function testing and internal control as well as periodical work, repair of damage and replacement/installation of objects. The assignment also includes registration, planning of the work, contingency, documentation, reporting to the builder and handling of other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of electrical installations on the road network.

The purpose of the contract is to secure landfill capacity for black shale from the Ring 1, which includes the reconstruction of the Hammersborg Tunnel including the western portal area of the Vaterland Tunnel, as well as the upgrade of the Vaterland Tunnel on National road 162 (Ring 1) in Oslo.

The procurement concerns the delivery of four toilet buildings for rest stops in Innlandet. Two toilet buildings will be delivered to Lesjaverk in Lesja municipality, one toilet building will be delivered to Billingen in Skjåk municipality, and one toilet building will be delivered to Nybergsund bridge in Trysil municipality. The contracting authority has an option for the delivery of an additional two toilet buildings for rest stops in Nord-Aurdal municipality.

The contract is a sub-contract in the builder-managed operations contract in operations area 0901 Setesdal. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has responsibility for inspecting and monitoring the road network. All work on the road network is done in accordance with orders placed by the builder. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will establish plans for the execution of the work, with a statement on the location and time. The contract comprises routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network in the area 0901 Setesdal, from Storstraumen picnic area and southwards, in accordance with orders from the builder. The road network from Skarpengland to the border between Vennesla Municipality and Evje and Hornnes Municipality is an option in the contract. A detailed overview of the road network is given in annex D2-S01a. Also included in the contract is winter maintenance such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing and gritting (sand and salt) with a lorry on road stretches stated in the tender documentation. The contract period will run from 2023-09-01, at 00:00 until 2026-08-31, at 24:00.

(National road) 9 with associated national foot and bicycle paths from the border between Vennesla Municipality and Evje and Hornnes Municipality in the south to the barrier at Hovden Fjellstoge in the north. A detailed overview of the road network is given in annex D2-S01a. The contract period will run from 2023-09-01, at 00:00 until 2026-05-31, at 24:00.
