When the E18 was built, Hoffselva was led in a pipe under a road. The road has since had settlement damages above the pipe and the pipe's capacity is now insufficient. The pipe will therefore be dug up and replaced with a new culvert construction that crosses under Sjølystlokket. Due to the geographical proximity, the establishment of a new culvert for Hoffselva and the renovation of Bygdøylokket and Sjølystloket will be carried out in a joint contract. The annual daily traffic count on this part of the E18 is approx. 77,000 vehicles per 24 hours (2019). In addition various signing work on the E18 is included in the contract, from Lysaker to Filipstad, as well as a stretch on Ring 3 from Økern to Ryen, and by Storo/Sinsen.

Parallel framework agreement - procurement of helicopter services for surveying areas and triggering snow avalanches with Daisybell, etc. The contracting authorities for lot North are the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Troms and Finnmark County. The contracting authorities for lot West are the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Vestland County.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division for Operations and Maintenance requests tenders for total maintenance of the friction meter systems Roar, Oscar and ViaFriction. This means service, operation and support for users of the different friction meter systems Roar, Oscar and ViaFriction Vinter. The received tenders will be evaluated against not having a service agreement or in-house repairs of the meters in accordance by need.

The Norwegian Roads Administration, Transport and Society, Development East, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) would like to receive tender offers for the delivery of consultancy services for the preparation of area and transport analyses in connection with the Urban Growth Agreement for the Oslo area. Work relating to the Urban Growth Agreement requires analyses in connection with planned renegotiation of Oslo package 3. There may also be a need to coordinate the content of the overall analysis in the work relating to the Urban Growth Agreement with input from the research assignment for NTP, which is expected to be ready at the end of January 2023.

National road 70 currently crosses the river Driva at Elverhøy bridge from 1941, a concrete beam bridge. Parallel to this is a foot and cycle bridge that was constructed in 1982. These bridges will be demolished when the new Elverhøy bridge is completed. The new Elverhøy bridge is to be constructed downstream, close to the existing Elverhøy bridge, as we do not want to move national road 70 more than is necessary. The area to the north east of the existing bridge must also be stabilised with a berm that will also function as erosion protection.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration requests tenders for the delivery and implementation of a new documentation and interaction system as a cloud service for the Operation and Maintenance division The system and this agreement may also be used by other divisions or units in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) organisation if this is expedient.

The work will be done for a round sum for round sum processes in accordance with volume and unit prices for unit price processes. The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 0901 Setesdal. The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other contracts in area 0901 Setesdal.

Delivery and service of one reserve power generator 100kVA and one reserve power generator 30kVA

Framework agreement for the administration of a vehicle fleet for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, both leased and self-owned vehicles. This also includes vehicles that were leased under the existing framework agreement, as these will be included in the vehicle administration under the new framework agreement. Furthermore, the tenderer will undertake leasing and procurement of vehicles on behalf of the contracting authority. The contracting authority will, as a main rule, operate with operational leasing of vehicles, with an option to procure vehicles when this is the most cost efficient. The tenderer will take on the total administration of the vehicle fleet of the contracting authority. This means carrying out assignments and offering services that cover all parts of vehicle management as listed in the requirements specification. The contract period is 5 years, calculated from the date that both parties sign the contract. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 6 years.
