Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration], hereafter called the contracting authority, wants tenders for preparation and distribution of information campaign about digital self-service solutions and voluntary de-registration. The objective of the procurement is: 1) Increase the use of self-service systems in the traffic user and vehicle area, which is currently located on our websites. 2) Inform the clients and public about introduction of voluntary de-registration - From May/June 2022 we plan to introduce voluntary de-registration without handing in vehicle registration plates. Instead of physically handing in the registration plates in order to de-register the vehicle the customers can now de-register/register the vehicle digitally at vegvesen.no. The scheme may be desirable for vehicles that are only used for parts of the year, or if there are periods the owner does not need to use the vehicle.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has established an engineering design services that is managed by the NPRA's engineering design manager. Resources come from NPRA Complex Constructions, as well as contributions from some other departments within NPRA. In order to complete, strengthen, and ensure resilience in the engineering design team, we would like, via this notice, to be able to use a further 4 resources from a tenderer who will part of the engineering design team.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a permanent tenderer that can provide technical marine consultancy services in a broad technical marine field within ferry operations. The assignment is for technical marine consultancy services for the procurement of ferry services (preparation, holding the contest, and contract follow-up), as well as management and development work. The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.

The main cycle path is a pilot project by Norwegian standards. It will be between Stavanger and Sandnes, is only for cyclists and is approx. 13 km long. This competition concerns construction of the stretch starting at Sandnes border (Pel 5370) and to Oalsgata in Sandnes, which is divided into three parts: E02, E04 and E04.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery and assembly of bridge and multi-plate scales where we have a need for new scales. All who fulfil the qualification requirements will be awarded a framework agreement. The call-off mechanism will be mini competitions for each call-off. Please note that as we already know we need a new scale at Taraldrud Control Station, a competition for this has already been announced as the first call-off on the framework agreement. It is not a requirement to deliver tenders for supply of the scale to Taraldrud in order to qualify for the framework agreement, but tenderers who submit tenders to supply the scale to Taraldrud must quality for a framework agreement.

The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of electro boards and cabinets that are used for automatic traffic control (ATC) in Norway. The procurement does not cover equipment for automatic traffic control, only cabinet types and electro boards

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within strategy consulting, strategy development, strategy implementation, and strategy realisation. We would like to use the framework agreement to join up with competence and capacity that can assist us within the mentioned areas, as well as assistance with project management and project implementation of needs that arise in the contract period (the purpose needs, and scope are detailed in point 2.2 of the requirements specification).
