The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Division Transport and Community, Section Climate and Environment (hereafter called the contracting authority), would like tenders for the delivery of lake surveys in water that is affected by roads, with an emphasis on the affect of salt and some environmental toxins. In addition there is an option for surveys of biological quality elements in fresh water, micro plastics, and sediment samples from the same lakes. The contracting authority will present a list of the lakes. Surveys will be carried out in approx. 20 lakes a year, with sample taking in both the early summer and late autumn (depending on costs), and these will rotate so that over four years all the lakes will have had samples taken at least once. The plan is that there will be an annual survey provided there is sufficient financing each year. There can be double the number of surveys in the autumn of the first year.

Framework agreement - Purchase of legal services (litigation assignments) related to contract and construction law in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration The framework agreement shall also include ongoing consulting for cases related to contract and construction law that could potentially become a dispute before the courts, as well as lectures and courses to ensure transfer of experience from litigation and consultancy assignments in disputes within the above jurisdiction. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the supply and administration of electric power and associated services. The Contracting Authority is not a Clearing Customer at the Nord Pool, and the assignment means that the Provider must act in its own name at the Nord Pool system, and act as a power supplier to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall procure the power that the Contracting Authority needs through the Provider, based on an agreement on purchase at a spot price. Unless hedging of all or part of the portfolio is agreed, all procurements of electric power shall be based on the price in the spot market. It is important that the Provider has administrative systems that ensure efficient and good routines / systems related to follow-up of plants, reporting and invoicing, etc. The objective of the new agreement is that the Contracting Authority shall be ensured access to power and associated services in a reasonable, efficient and reassuring manner.
