The contract is a sub-contract in the builder-managed operations contract in operations area 0901 Setesdal. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has responsibility for inspecting and monitoring the road network. All work on the road network is done in accordance with orders placed by the builder. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will establish plans for the execution of the work, with a statement on the location and time. The contract comprises routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network in the area 0901 Setesdal, from Storstraumen picnic area and southwards, in accordance with orders from the builder. The road network from Skarpengland to the border between Vennesla Municipality and Evje and Hornnes Municipality is an option in the contract. A detailed overview of the road network is given in annex D2-S01a. Also included in the contract is winter maintenance such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing and gritting (sand and salt) with a lorry on road stretches stated in the tender documentation. The contract period will run from 2023-09-01, at 00:00 until 2026-08-31, at 24:00.

(National road) 9 with associated national foot and bicycle paths from the border between Vennesla Municipality and Evje and Hornnes Municipality in the south to the barrier at Hovden Fjellstoge in the north. A detailed overview of the road network is given in annex D2-S01a. The contract period will run from 2023-09-01, at 00:00 until 2026-05-31, at 24:00.

The assignment includes winter operations such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing, and gritting on road sections as stated in the tender documentation, chapter A3 point 1. The work will be done for a round sum for round sum processes in accordance with volume and unit prices for unit price processes. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring the road network including stand-by and through this calling out the tenderer to undertake contract work. The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 0901 Setesdal. The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other contracts in area 0901 Setesdal.

The work will be done for a round sum for round sum processes in accordance with volume and unit prices for unit price processes. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring the road network including stand-by and through this calling out the tenderer to undertake contract work. The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 0901 Setesdal. The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other contracts in area 0901 Setesdal.

The procurement concerns the delivery of four toilet buildings for rest stops in Innlandet. Two toilet buildings will be delivered to Lesjaverk in Lesja municipality, one toilet building will be delivered to Billingen in Skjåk municipality, and one toilet building will be delivered to Nybergsund bridge in Trysil municipality. The contracting authority has an option for the delivery of an additional two toilet buildings for rest stops in Nord-Aurdal municipality.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division for Operations and Maintenance requests tenders for total maintenance of the friction meter systems Roar, Oscar and ViaFriction. This means service, operation and support for users of the different friction meter systems Roar, Oscar and ViaFriction Vinter. The received tenders will be evaluated against not having a service agreement or in-house repairs of the meters in accordance by need.

Parallel framework agreement - procurement of helicopter services for surveying areas and triggering snow avalanches with Daisybell, etc. The contracting authorities for lot North are the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Troms and Finnmark County. The contracting authorities for lot West are the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Vestland County.

When the E18 was built, Hoffselva was led in a pipe under a road. The road has since had settlement damages above the pipe and the pipe's capacity is now insufficient. The pipe will therefore be dug up and replaced with a new culvert construction that crosses under Sjølystlokket. Due to the geographical proximity, the establishment of a new culvert for Hoffselva and the renovation of Bygdøylokket and Sjølystloket will be carried out in a joint contract. The annual daily traffic count on this part of the E18 is approx. 77,000 vehicles per 24 hours (2019). In addition various signing work on the E18 is included in the contract, from Lysaker to Filipstad, as well as a stretch on Ring 3 from Økern to Ryen, and by Storo/Sinsen.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration requests tenders for the delivery and implementation of a new documentation and interaction system as a cloud service for the Operation and Maintenance division The system and this agreement may also be used by other divisions or units in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) organisation if this is expedient.
