The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has almost 70 traffic stations nationwide, and a number of out stations for inspections with inspection stations where brake meters are used for light and heavy vehicles. The brake meters are used for brake inspections in order to check whether a vehicle's brakes fulfil the relevant valid requirements. The assignment includes the delivery, assembly, and calibration of break meters ready for use with all the necessary devices required to carry out brake inspections/wear inspections of brake requirements in accordance with the Norwegian rules. In addition the tenderer must offer the necessary calibration and service in the guarantee period.

The tender documentation is for contract E03, which comprises the main tunnels, tunnels 11 and 12 from the open air zone at Harestad and northwards to the contract border between E03 and E02. Rogfast will replace the ferry routes E39 Mortavika -Arsvågen and Mekjarvik – Kvitsøy. E39 Rogfast consists of a 26.7 km submarine main tunnel with separate tunnels for each direction with a cross section of 2 x T10.5 between Harestad in Randaberg Municipality to the south of Boknafjorden and Laupland in Bokn Municipality to the north of Boknafjorden. Approx. 1.4 km of motorway will be constructed that is made narrower and connected to the existing E39 to the south of Knarholmen. A 3.5 km tunnel with a cross section of T10.0 is to be constructed between Kvitsøy and the main tunnel, which will be connected to the main tunnel in a two-level interchange in the tunnel. Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, wants to enter into framework agreement for consultancy services in geomatics. Geomatics includes GIS, geodata, geodesy and NVDB and is an important specialist area for the contracting authority. There is a need for a number of services such as measuring, calculation, systematising and storing, management, analysis and presentation of such data as well as system development of solutions. This can be data collection with sensors and machine learning. The contract will cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed. The aim is to enter into a parallel framework agreements with up to 3-5 tenderers.

Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] hereafter called the Contracting Authority, wants to enter into framework agreement for consultancy services in migration assistance. The contract will cover both the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have available in its own agency, as well as the Tenderer bringing the necessary tools to be able to execute the migration in the most effective way possible. In the first instance, the Contract will be used to acquire migration assistance to categorise/systematise and prepare existing MOM documentation (documentation for management, operation and maintenance) in Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Road Administration] for migration to a new documentation and interaction solution that will be acquired in parallel and implemented in spring 2023.

The contest is for contract E04, which comprises the northern part of the Boknafjord Tunnel and is part of the E39 Rogfast project. Rogfast will replace the ferry routes E39 Mortavika -Arsvågen and Mekjarvik – Kvitsøy. E39 Rogfast consists of a 26.7 km submarine main tunnel with separate tunnels for each direction with a cross section of 2 x T10.5 between Harestad in Randaberg Municipality to the south of Boknafjorden and Laupland in Bokn Municipality to the north of Boknafjorden. 2.3 km of motorway is to be constructed with that narrows and connects to the existing E39 at Knarholmen. A 3.5 km tunnel with a cross section of T10.0 is to be constructed between Kvitsøy and the main tunnel, which will be connected to the main tunnel in a two-level interchange in the tunnel. A total of 2.0 km new county road is to be constructed on Kvitsøy.

The contract includes delivery, installation and hourly services related to the integration of the Modellserver service (see system sketch MOPS). The service will serve as a storage location for BIM models in an open standardised format, and is included as one of several components linked to the contracting authority's dashboard for MOPS, integrated into this.

The work is mainly concerns supplementing / increasing the current safety equipment in the tunnels by: - Densifying/ increasing the number of emergency stations / SOS cabinets in the tunnels where there are currently few such stations or where the curvature in the tunnel indicates that a densification of the stations will contribute to increased safety. The emergency stations / SOS cabinets shall be connected to the current communication lines to Vegtrafikksentralen (VTS). - Installing emergency stations / SOS cabinets in the 3 tunnels currently lacking such equipment. For these tunnels, the work will involve new communication lines to VTS via mobile lines. - Installing emergency lights / guide lights in all of these tunnels. - Installing red stop flashing signals. - Installing new distributors. - Installing changeable signs. - Installing rock bolts for cable conduits through all tunnels.

The work consists of engineering design services for and the construction of approx. 9.6 km new E6 on the stretch Trøndelag border – Majahaugen and Flyum – Kappfjellia. In addition the stretch Kappfjellia – Lille Majavatn is to be prepared for 90 km/h. The work consists of clearing exits and some work in the side terrain on the latter stretch. The stretches also include a bridge over the Nordland Railway Line and a minor construction over a river, channelised junction, exits, lay-bys, agricultural roads, culverts, etc. The ground conditions on the stretches consist of both rock and uncompacted matter. The contract work covers all measures within the regulated area, and the described measures outside the regulated area. Municipal, county, and private roads that are affected must be taken care of, and it will be necessary to carry out measures on these roads in order to adapt them to the new E6.
