Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej wg art.6 ust.1 pkt.1 ustawy z dnia 28.09.1991 r. o lasach (t.j.:Dz.U.z 2023r.poz. 1356–Ustawa o lasach)obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli,ochrony lasu,ochrony ppoż,pozyskania i zrywki drewna,utrzymanie obiektów leśnych,prac z zakresu gospodarki szkółkarskiej i nasiennictwa,pozostałe prace z ochrony przyrody do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Łopuchówko w 2024 r. Postępowanie prowadzone jest: -w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art.129 ust.1 pkt1) w zw.z art.129 ust.2 oraz art.132-139 ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019r. PZP(t.j.:Dz.U.z 2023r.poz1605 ze zm) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP -wg zasad przewidzianych dla zamówień klasycznych o wartości równej lub przekraczającej progi unijne -wg procedury odwróconej,o której mowa w art.139 ust.1,3-4 PZP.Z-cy dokona badania i oceny ofert,a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej W-cy,którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona Zamówienie realizowane ze środków własnych.
