Die Stadt Oelde beabsichtigt den Neubau einer multifunktionalen Dreifachsporthalle im Bereich der Kreuzung Wiedenbrücker Straße/"Zur Axt". Die Halle soll sowohl als Sporthalle als auch für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 1.200 Zuschauern genutzt werden. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens war die Vergabe der Tiefbauarbeiten sowie der Kampfmittelsondierung. (Eine nähere Beschreibung des Vorhabens findet sich in Abschnitt II.2.4).
