Direct Award for The Blues Programme under SLC Educational Services Procured Service Arrangement-(SC Ref:763357) The Council’s Psychological Services team have identified a requirement for the delivery of a recognised programme of early intervention for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing called the Blues Programme.
