Yeovil Library Refurbishment-The project is part of an overall asset rationalisation project in which multiple services are brought together to operate within one property. The existing customer service provision will be relocated into the Library building and improvements made to the current ventilation system.

The existing windows are single glazed, vertical sliding sash, non-thermally broken aluminium framed, set in timber sub-frames. The timber sub-frames are rotten. The purpose of the project is to increase the thermal properties of the windows and reduce future maintenance costs.
