The Norwegian Tax Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that can offer background checks on persons who will be employed, and in special cases, of already employed persons in the Norwegian Tax Administration. This is in order to verify that information provided on, amongst other things, education and work experience, is correct.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for a tool that is used for work psychology testing for recruitment. The tool will be used by the contracting authority's recruitment employees.

Procurement of Scrum courses under the dynamic purchasing system.

This is a procurement related to DPS for arrangements and events The Norwegian Tax Administration need assistance in carrying out arrangements and events. This applies to physical, digital and hybrid events of various nature. Throughout the year, the Tax Administration has several internal and external large events. The arrangements are important reputation builders for employees, external partners and our users.

Framework agreement to cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for licences for Cellebrite.

The procurement will cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for services for the transport and storage of objects that are seized to cover tax claims. When securing the Norwegian Tax Administration's claims for tax, duties and claims from other contracting authorities, the Collection Division will, in some cases, take out a lien on assets, cf. § 3-2 second and third paragraphs of the Mortgages Act, cf. § 7-20 second paragraph of the Enforcement Act. A lien deprives the defendant of possession of the assets. There will then be a need for transport and storage of these until the assets are to be liquidated to cover the claim. For a further description of the procurement, see the requirement specifications in Annexes 1 and 2.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of products, licences, consultant/installations services, and manufacturer maintenance for the PKI platform.

20230029 Film on the DPS discretionary model 20200090 Skatteetaten [the Norwegian Tax Administration] will make one short film (3-5 min) and needs assistance. The assignment is animation, sound, editing and other tasks related to film production. The film is intended as a tool to help Tax staff better understand how we use data and predictive analytics to solve problems in the field of VAT, through visualisation, film and simple animation. The tenderer must be able to provide suggestions on how we can practically complete the assignment in a simple way, through visualisation using relatively simple tools. We have prepared a draft script, see the annexes.
