PROPOSED REFURBISHMENT AND UPGRADE OF 18 VICTORIAN WINDOWS AT BANK BUILDING AT THE ATKINSON LIBRARY AND ART GALLERY COMPLEX-The Atkinson is an important Heritage Asset of great significance.
