SPS-02098 The Provision of SFG20-(SC Ref:748684) The SPS utilise SFG20 as the standard maintenance specification for building engineering services across the SPS estate. It provides the SPS with the tools to keep buildings properly maintained and compliant. The SPS requires a fully hosted external service for the provision of SFG20. The SPS currently maintain and upgrade the system in-house and are keen to continue to do so. The SPS is therefore contracting for the external provision of SFG20 Schedules.

SPS-10861 Gate Safety Edge Replacement HMP &YOI Grampian-(SC Ref:745720) The SPS require a Contractor to repair 10 vehicle gates (manufactured by both Bavak and Binns) at HMP & YOI Grampian. This shall involve re-wiring the gates to ensure all gates are wired in a consistent manner that is easy to fault find and to the same standard as already installed.

SPS-10860 Lift Auto-Dialler Replacement HMP Grampian-(SC Ref:740936) The SPS requires a new emergency lift phone solution for 9 passenger lifts at HMP and YOI Grampian that can automatically dial the ECR on-net and integrate with the existing phone system, without the need for additional converters.

SPS-01222 Janitorial Supplies for SPS-SPS currently has a single supplier contract in place for the provision of Janitorial Supplies across SPS. SPS ran a procurement exercise utilising the GPA Restricted ‘2-stage’ process. On conclusion of the evaluation SPS made decision not to award the contract(s).
