Sandwell Open Spaces Assessment - AWARD-Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to undertake an assessment of open spaces within the borough. The assessment will help the Green Spaces Team to understand the current quality of green spaces and will be used by the Planning Policy Team as part of the evidence base for the emerging Sandwell Local Plan.
