Property Valuation and Re-instatement Costs-Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue requires a suitable supplier to conduct valuation of its property portfolio (21 properties) in accordance with RICS - Valuation Global Standards 2021, effective 31st January 2022 (the "Red Book") to include the International Valuation Standards and the RICS Valuation - Global Standards 2017 - UK National supplement. The Authority used three quotes, 100% price only evaluation to award contract to lowest bidder.

Diesel fuel for pumps at Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Services stations-Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) currently uses the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework RM6177 for the provision of fuel. RBFRS has only been using Certas Energy UK Ltd for its fuel requirements. The contract expires on the 27th May 2024. CCS have now completed the bulk further competition for our liquid fuel requirement and have awarded the following suppliers the contract against our sites for Lot 1 - Diesel (Automotive Fuel) under CCS framework RM6177.
