Knollbeck Avenue (Disabled Adaptation)-The project comprises the enlargement of an existing single storey side extension to the rear of the property to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in October 2024 and will run for a period of 16 weeks making the expiry date February 2025.
