Annual Rate Contract for Civil & Public Health Engineering Maintenance Works, inside RCF Trombay Factory Chembur Mumbai iii. iii. The work is to be split in 4 groups in the ratio of 27:26:24:23. Maximum 27% of work will be awarded to L-1 bidder. Work of 26% will be awarded to next bidders (L-2/L3/L4...Ln) who is ready to match the rates of L-1 bidder. Further, Work of 24% will be awarded to next bidders (L-3/L4/L5...Ln) who is ready to match the rates of L-1 bidder. Remaining Work of 23% will be awarded to next bidders (L-4/L5/L6...Ln) who is ready to match the rates of L-1 bidder. Work order more than 27% will not be given to any bidder. iv. Contractor will appoint one qualified Supervisor exclusively for this contract (DCE with minimum two years’ experience or BE-Civil with one years’ experience) who will be paid as skilled person as per minimum Wages for which no separate payment will be made by RCF Ltd. Building and other construction workers (BOCW) cess: BOCW cess shall be deducted from each bill of contractor. The rate of BOCW cess shall be as applicable. Currently applicable rate of BOCW cess is @1%. The contractor’s quoted price must consider the said BOCW cess and any other expenditure toward compliance of rules and regulations of BOCW cess. Contractor to quote %, below/above in figures and words in blank column separately for each item i.e. Item No. 1, 2 and 3 i.e. for completed item, Labour item and item of material from market excluding GST.( Schedule of Rates given in NIT is inclusive of all Taxes but excluding GST.The same shall be applicable for this contract.).
