PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR SURFACE SAMPLING AND PVT ANALYSIS FOR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE OILFIELDS-1,,Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of onsite surface sampling, PVT analysis, water analyses and specialized Asphaltene, Flow Assurance and EOR analyses for QatarEnergy Onshore and Offshore oil and gas fields on a call-off basis. 2,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,,Collection of samples from Onshore and Offshore oil and gas wells or facilities and transportation of the collected fluid samples to/ from the Contractor's laboratory. If required, the samples shall also be stored at Contractor's premises for further analysis. 2.2,,Contractor shall have a fully equipped laboratory, with complete PVT facilities and equipment to perform the analyses (PVT, EOR, Water, Compositional, Flow Assurance, Asphaltene) in the State of Qatar or any other locations as approved by QatarEnergy, meeting QatarEnergy and industry HSE standard. 2.3,,The laboratory shall be accredited for quality assurance by a reputable international body. 2.4,,Technical support from Contractor's Principal or Head Quarters shall be available and shall be provided within 24 hours, if required. 2.5,,Contractor shall perform analyses of Bottom Hole Samples 2.6,,Contractor shall be responsible to provide a qualified On-Site Surface Sampling Engineer or Chemist and On-Site Gas Analysis Engineer or Chemist and other key personnel as per the Scope of Services. 2.7,,Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary tools, sampling bottles/cylinders/Chemical Adsorption Tube (CAT) and equipment required for collection and performing the analyses, including portable analytical equipment to carry out on site analyses, if required. 2.8,,Contractor shall provide all sampling bottles/cylinders 2.9,,Providing operational report upon completion of each Release Order. 3,,Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years from the Effective Date.
