PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION-QatarEnergy equires accommodation, food and airport transfer facilities to be provided to its guests by five (5) star / four (4) star hotels in DOHA as and when required by QatarEnergy. QatarEnergy's requirement mostly would be standard room, for which the standard rooms provided by the five (5) star Hotel must be 36 m2 in size or more and the standard rooms provided by the four (4) star Hotel must be 30 m2 in size or more. Most of the QatarEnergy guests would require transfers from Airport/heliport (vice versa) and daily three meals as well as laundry services. The estimated QatarEnergy requirement for rooms based on current forecast is approximately around 500 standard rooms/nights per month for five (5) star Hotels and approximately 150 standard rooms/nights per month for four (4) star Hotels, this may increase or decrease during the tenure of the intended agreement period of 3 years. QatarEnergy occasionally would have requirements for bigger rooms like Executive Room, Suite Room, and Executive Suites. Additional requirement (when it is needed only): secure one hundred (100) blocked rooms at a time (paid whether occupied or vacant), which will be on call-off basis, with the right to increase or decrease the rooms by providing 2 weeks prior notice (subject to acceptance by the hotel). This can be on split award and change from hotel to another throughout the contract period.
