CALL-OFF MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR REFURBISHMENT OF VALVES AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED.-CALL OFF MAINTENANCE OF VALVES AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED PROVISION BY CONTRACTOR OF ALL RESOURCES NECESSARY FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REFURBISHMENT OF ALL TYPE OF VALVES ( GATE, GLOB, CHECK VALVES, VACUUM BREAKERS, ARVS AND PSVS) IN QP REFINERY, MESAIEED ON CALL OFF BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 5-YEARS WHICH SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CONTRACTOR'S WORKSHOP AND LOADING/ UNLOADING WHERE APPROPRIATE, REPAIRING, TESTING AND PACKING OF VALVES

COMMERCIAL SECURITY SERVICES FOR QP OPERATIONAL AREAS-Qatar Petroleum is responsible for Management and Operations of its facilities (non-industrial type) such as commercial offices, schools, clubs, workers accommodation facilities, family accommodations, medical facilities and has a requirement to provide commercial security protection of its assets and employees within such facilities. The overall Industrial security protection of QP operational areas is provided by the Industrial Security Directorate of Ministry of Interior (MoI) Qatar. The intent of this Tender is to obtain services of a Security Company to provide comprehensive security services within QP operational areas.

PROVISION OF CIVIL MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SERVICES AT OFFSHORE-Provision of civil workers includes various civil maintenance support services and to carry out alterations,modifications, maintenance and/or repairs to building, structures and installations at QP offshore locations. The SERVICES shall be performed monthly on dedicated basis in addition to a call-off basis, as and when required by QP. Contract Duration: Five (05) years Tentative Start Date: 23/10/2015

MMANPOWER SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY SYSTEM IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-Provision of different categories of skilled manpower to work regularly in Qatar Petroleum's RLC / MIC Industrial City area, for maintenance of non-radiographic Security Systems deployed in these locations. The jobs shall be supervised and controlled by QP Staff.

UPGRADE OF NETWORK OF F&G SYSTEM IN DUKHAN TOWNSHIP-QP Dukhan Operations has a requirement of replacing the current Network infrastructure of the Centralized Fire and Gas Surveillance System installed in Dukhan Township with a fibre optic based ring infrastructure.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT @ HALUL WORKSHOP-The Services shall include provision of qualified and experienced technicians with their tools to carry out repair, maintenance, minor and major overhauls, denting and spary paint on QP owned and Halul based diesel driven vehicles and equipment, under the direct supervision of QP supervisor. Minimum requirements: 2 Nos. Auto Diesel Mechanics: experienced in maintenance and repair of diesel vehicles and heavy equipment like crane, shovel, forklift, trailer, truck, etc. 1 No. Auto Electrician: experienced like above 1 No. Technician experienced in vehicle body denting and repairing 1 No. experienced vehicle painter. 1 No. Vehicle Seat Repairer and Upholsterer Contract Duration: Five(05) calender years Scheduled Start Date: 15/07/2015 Scheduled End Date: 14/07/2020
