EPIC FOR MITIGATION OF BURN PITS IN DUKHAN-The objective of this project is to ensure compliance with MoE guidelines on reducing pollution and improving safety levels. In addition, it is also required to upgrade the existing Flare systems at all Khuff WHTP's to comply with MoE guidelines and QP corporate philosophy for fire and safety.

ECS FOR AUDITORIUM BUILDING AT RAS LAFFAN-Auditorium Building will provide functional support to facilities that are currently being prepared under contract GC1012800 (EPIC). This facility includes an office, central plant, clinic, central plant, substation, helipad and infrastructure. ECs Contractor shall carry out engineering consultancy services and related services for an all inclusive state of the art Auditorium Building in Ras laffan. The Main spaces for the Auditorim will consist of a 200 person Auditorium and separate Banquet Hall, warming kitchen, VIP rooms, staff offices, storage, workshops, and parking

PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SDS-Initiate SDS (ICT Service Desk System) maintenance and support contract for 5 years starting from 19/03/2012 until 18/03/2017

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION, M&S OF CITRIX NETSCALER-The present Citrix maintenance and support contract will expire by Q1 - 2012. The contract provided QP with access to Citrix resources like patches/fixes, support coverage, first level maintenance and free upgrades to ensure high availability of services. In addition QP is in the process of providing Citrix services from DR site as part of QP business continuity plan. The provisioning of services in DR will require procurement of Citrix NetScaler and replacing the two existing Access Gateway appliances in RAA with Citrix NetScaler. Above requirements necessitate to carry out an upgrade of Citrix infrastructure and renew maintenance contract for further 3 ½ years (42 Months) for ensuring high availability of services.

EPIC FOR ELE&TEL UTILITIES FOR SSA-1&2 WEST END EXTN-This project Scope of Work is the EPIC of Electrical and Telecom System facilities for West End Extension, Ras Laffan to achieve the following. Power Transmission network consists of 132KV and 33kV System with 132/33kV and 33/11kV Substations, 132kV and 33 kV Cable feeders and PMS network for the West End Area of Raslaffan. Subtransmission cable ring networks of 11kV System for complete SSA Phase-1 and Phase -2 area with Package substations and RMUs. Distribution network to cater load requirement of Street Lightings and Traffic Signals lights for all major and main Roads of West End including the provision of Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Lights. Establish Fibre Optic Transmission and Distribution Telecom/Data network system infrstructure for RLC West End Extension which comprises, FO cable network in ducts, telecom buildings with active equipment to cater the requirements such as telecom, IT data transfer, Fire Alarm Network, PMS network, etc. Bidders shall essentially have sufficient experience in EPIC contracts for 132kV Cable Feeders and Substations ( or higher voltage level, 33kV, 11kV systems and in Telecom infrastructure development.

EPIC FOR 16'' JET A1 PIPELINE FROM QP REFINERY TO BSV-3-"EPIC of 16'' Jet A1 Fuel P/L from QP Refinery to BSV-3" Engineering, procurements/supply & construction of a dedicated system for the supply of JET A1 fuel from QP Refinery to BSV-3 by 16 inch dia. pipeline. The estimated length of the pipeline between QP Refinery and BSV-3 is about 36.0 km. The system also includes new pumping system (3 nos. Booster pumps & 3 nos. Mainline pumps will be installed in a new pump house inside QP-Refinery) & associated facilities. Jet A1 Fuel is currently transported by a multi-product transfer system consisting of a pump station at the QP Refinery in Mesaieed, a 12 inch multi-product pipeline and a tank farm at Doha Depot situated in the Abu Hamour area on the southern outskirts of the city of Doha, via intermediate station BSV-3. From Doha Depot, it is transported to the existing airport by tankers. A new 18 inch multi-product pipeline, currently under pre-commissioning, will be used to transfer multi-products to Doha Depot. A new 16" Jet A1 Fuel pipeline from BSV-3 to STATION C-1 INSIDE NDIA is under EPIC stage and it is being constructed under contract ref. GC09106100 by DOPET. Under this contract, QP is laying an estimated 16.5 km of 16 inch internally and externally coated buried pipeline from BSV-3 to STATION C-1 INSIDE NDIA including temporary Pig Launching facility and Tie-in to existing 12 inch multi-product pipeline at BSV3 & pig receiving facilities, filtration, separation, metering facilities with Satellite and Equipment room at STATION C-1 INSIDE NDIA. Since the condition of existing 12 inch multi-product pipeline from QP Refinery to BSV-3 is not known, QP has decided to lay the proposed new approximately 36 KM long & 16'' dia. Jet A1 pipeline from QP Refinery (at Mesaieed) to BSV-3. Based on the above, purchase order has already been placed by QP for 16" line pipe API 5LX 60, 7.9 mm wall thickness for the Jet A1 Fuel pipeline project. The line pipe will be Free Issue Material for the EPIC Contractor.

CALL OFF CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF CRUDE OIL TANKS AT HALUL-Call off Contract for emergency Repair of Crude Oil Tanks at Halul Island. Release Order shall be issued to Contractor stating all the necessary activities to be carried out at each stage of the repair of each tank. Contract Duration:04 years Start Date:22/08/2010

EPIC FOR REPLACEMENT OF EMERGENCY GENSET IN NGL-1 PLANT,GAS OPERATIONS,MESAIEED-Contractor shall carry out engineering, procurement, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing of one (1) new Genset complete with all accessories, Load Transfer Distribution Panel and Diesel Storage Tank for replacement of the existing Genset DG1301 in NGL-1 Plant for Gas Operations, Mesaieed.
