PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION-QP requires accommodation, food and airport transfer facilities to be provided to its guests by five (5) star / four (4) star hotels in DOHA as and when required by QP. QP's requirement mostly would be standard room, for which the standard rooms provided by the five (5) star Hotel must be 36 m2 in size or more and the standard rooms provided by the four (4) star Hotel must be 30 m2 in size or more. Most of the QP guests would require transfers from Airport and three meals in a day. The estimated QP requirement for rooms based on current forecast is approximately around 500 standard rooms/nights per month for five (5) star Hotels and approximately 150 standard rooms/nights per month for four (4) star Hotels, this may increase or decrease during the tenure of the intended agreement period of 3 years. QP occasionally would have requirements for bigger rooms like Executive Room, Suite Room, and Executive Suites.

HALUL BASED FABRICATION CREW-The Services to be performed by Contractor includes provision of Construction Crew and Equipments to support the Offshore activities as well as the Halul Operations. Contract duraton: Sixty one (61) calendar months including one month Mobilization Period.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES ON CALL-OFF BASIS FOR COMPRESSORS AND PUMPS IN MESAIEED OPERATIONS-QP requires the Services of a qualified and experienced Contractor capable of servicing Major Rotating Equipment including large centrifugal process compressors, Air Compressors, Cooling water pumps and Fire water pumps in Mesaieed Operations and Dukhan Operations. The Services include Inspection/Overhaul Services of Compressors and Pumps on lump sum basis and Technical Supervision&Emergency Support Services of specialist manpower on Man-day basis. The contract duration will be five (5) years for both the locations and the Services shall be performed on a call-off basis as and when required by QP.

REPLACEMENT/REFURBISHMENT OF EXCHANGERS ON CALL-OFF BASIS-Replacement / Refurbishment of Exchangers on Call-Off Basis at Dukhan covering the following: i) Replacement / Refurbishment of Propane Condensers ii) Cleaning and Hydro-testing of fixed tube exchangers. iii) Miscellaneous works such as piping, dismantling/ re-installation of valves, exchanger re-tubing, equipment internal/external coating and mechanical repairs.

MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SERVICE ON CALL-OFF BASIS FOR PAGA SYS-QP intends to include current and future operational PAGA systems in multiple location in QP Onshore & Offshore Facilities under a maintenance and support services CONTRACT on call-off basis for a period of five (5) years for 24x7 availability of systems and uninterrupted operations of services. The scope shall cover Maintenance Support Services for existing systems at multiple locations and similar systems to be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of the CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall supply all manpower, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every items of expense necessary for providing maintenance support services (preventive and corrective maintenance) for all hardware & software as defined in scope on call-off basis to ensure 24/7 operations.

FABRICATE, MAINTAIN & REPAIR OF VARIOUS DRILLING WORKS REQUIREMENTS ON CALL-OFF BASIS-FABRICATE, MAINT & REPAIR OF VAR DRILLING WORKS REQUIREMENTS

REFURBISHMENT/REPAIR/REWINDING OF ELECTRICAL MOTORS&GENERATORS ON CALL-OFF BASIS AT VARIOUS QP OPERATING LOCATIONS-Contractor shall supply the materials, labor, services, supervision, equipment, technical support, testing services, warehousing, lifting equipment, tools, consumables, trouble shooting, engineering support, drawings, documents, reports and each and every item of expense necessary to carry out refurbishment, repair and rewinding of electrical motors and generators at various QP operating locations on a call-off basis for five (5) years.

PROVISION OF TRAVEL RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM-QP intends to engage a Contractor to provide an international business travel risk mitigation system (Travel Risk System) to mitigate the security and safety risks for its employees who are travelling abroad on business requirements.

ICS, ALLEN BRADLEY AND WONDERWARE MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ESD / FIRE & GAS SYSTEM AND PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL SYSTEM AT NFA & NGL MESAIEED-The Scope of Services pertains to the supply of qualified and experienced OEM Service Engineers and Senior PLC technicians on a call-off basis, to carry out various activities including but not limited to the following: - i. General maintenance routines, troubleshooting and emergency breakdown maintenance of the ESD, F&G Systems and OPC Servers Network Link in NFA and Mesaieed operations. ii. Implement necessary remedial measures to rectify systems faults, attend to emergency call out repair works and major breakdowns. iii. Provision of engineering support, advice and technical assistance, emergency call out service. iv. Provision of emergency critical parts. v. Advanced on-site training to QP staff. vi. Periodic system software & hardware enhancements. vii. Implementation of minor PCRs with a view for an improved systems overall operability, performance & reliability leading to enhanced systems capabilities in line with OEM standards & Corporate Philosophy for Fire and Safety
