DEVELOPMENT AND UPDATE OF OPERATING PROCEDURE MANUALS FOR RGP, AGRP & WELLHEADS, DUKHAN-The Scope of Services is to Develop and Update Operating Procedure Manuals for Recycle Gas Plant, AGRP, Wellhead & Offsites in Dukhan

PROVISION OF A WELLHEAD MAINTENANCE SUPPORT VESSEL-Provision of a Wellhead Maintenance Support Vessel for a period of 5 years.

SUPPLY OF RS COMPONENTS ONLINE CATALOGUE ITEMS-Supplier shall perform the Supply of Various Spares and Consumables from RS Components Online Catalogue 'as and when required' for a period of Three (03) years.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING, SPENT CATALYST AND CHEMICAL TRANSPORTATION AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-Contract title: Call-off contract for Industrial Cleaning/Spent Catalyst & Chemical Transport at QP Refinery, Mesaieed. The objective of this CONTRACT is to utilize the SERVICES of CONTRACTOR on Call off Basis for a total duration of Five (5) years starting from the EFFECTIVE DATE of the CONTRACT to undertake Idustrial cleaning, hydro jetting services, spent catalyst & process chemicals transportation at the following locations at QP Refinery,Mesaieed on a call-off basis. a),,QP Refinery. b),,Chemical Plant. c),,Berth No. 6 & 4 (Mesaieed). d),,All Pipelines, stations and other entities operating between ,,the Refinery to both Abu-Hamour and Doha. e),,All Pipeline from the Refinery to Berth No. 6 & 4 f),,All pipelines interconnections between the Refinery and other ,, entities operating in Mesaieed Industrial City.

PROVISION OF PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT (PAM) SOLUTION TO OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) FOR SECURE REMOTE ACCESS IN QatarEnergy.-Contractor shall provide license, software, hardware (if required), labor, services, testing, consumables, documentation and any item of expense necessary to install, commission and integrate the OT PAM solution. Contractor shall perform all the migration activities from existing IT PAM and other legacy remote access systems to the new OT PAM, including, but not limited to, migration/creation of users, groups, target systems, authorizations, roles, granular access control,integration with Active Directory, integration with Multi-Factor Authentication system, within 3 months from Effective Date of Contract followed by Support & Maintenance for a period of five (5) years. Contract Duration is sixty three (63) calendar months.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER (OLTC) OF POWER TRANSFORMERS AT RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-The Scope of Services is to carry out a comprehensive one time Inspection and Maintenance service of the eleven (11) Nos of the On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of power transformers by a qualified and competent CONTRACTOR under the supervision of OEM Engineer (mobilized from Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen -MR Germany) which shall include removal, perform scheduled inspection, re-install and function test as detailed below, including supply of all adequate and competent labor, supervision, material/ spares, tools, lifting device, equipment, services, testing devices, and the like

COMPLETE OVERHAUL AND UPGRADE OF CONTROL VALVES AT VARIOUS GAS DISTRIBUTION STATIONS IN MESAIEED-The control valve is a final control element and used to control process variables i-e Pressure, Temperature, Flow and level in Oil&Gas and Petrochemical industries. Control valves in GDS facilities are majorly used to control Medium (MP) and Low Pressure (LP) headers. Most of the GDS critical consumers are connected to GDS delivery stations at both MP & LP headers. The reliable function of subject headers is very critical for GDS operation; this is to ensure uninterruptable gas supply to all MIC, RLIC consumers including Power plants. Following the applicable maintenance bench mark, best industrial practices, OEM recommendation and to reduce breakdown maintenance, a total number of 18 critical control valves overhaul and procurement of spares is planned in year 2021.

Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Gas Detection & Fire Fighting Systems at Doha, Dukhan and Mesaieed Industrial City-Maintenance of various types of fire alarm, gas detection and fire fighting systems at various QP locations in Dukhan and Mesaieed (Including TDOC and Abu Nakhla locations under MIC) within the jurisdiction of QP's Facilities Management Department on Definite and Call-Off basis

MODIFICATION OF EXISTING CHEMICAL STORE AT DUKHAN-Modification of existing Chemical Store, associated building services and external works at Dukhan.

TURBOMACHINERY OIL CONDITIONING SERVICES AT MESAIEED OPERATIONS-QatarEnergy requires the Services of a capable and experienced Contractor to periodically clean turbomachinery oil systems whenever oil cleanliness is found to be out of the specifications and restore oil which ensures reliable operation of turbomachinery equipment installed in various facilities under Mesaieed Operations. The Services are required on a call-off basis for a duration of five (5) years.
