CONSTRUCTION OF SUPPORT BUILDINGS AT DUKHAN PHASE 2-The existing facilities for storage, workshops and offices for the Drilling Department in QPSFA presently do not have adequate space to store new equipment. The objective of the CONTRACT is to construct the new facilities for the Drilling Department locations identified in Appendix-F. The Proposed Facility (Rigless Store) is to provide additional covered storage space for the storage of the new equipment and bulk and shutdown related materials against harsh weather.

Maintenance & Technical Support Services for Control Systems Installed in Various QatarEnergy Operating Locations-Process Control and Safety Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, FSD, F&G etc.) installed in various QP facilities in Mesaieed Operations, QP Refinery, Mesaieed, Dukhan Operations (Onshore) and ISND (Offshore) require support services for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, technical support for system diagnostics, updates, cyber security monitoring and documentation update to keep these systems at their maximum integrity for safe and efficient operation of the plants/facilities. Control Systems considered in this Contract are, but not limited to, Modicon, Wonderware SCADA, Hima, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Citec SCADA, Triconix, Sanco, Manturbo etc. Scope of Services include the following: a)Basic support services such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Emergency breakdown. b)Value added support services such as Technical updates, cybersecurity etc. c)Technical & Engineering Support Services for minor Upgrades/ Migration/Replacement/Modifications. d)On the job training e)Supply of spares f)Documentation updates

UPGRADE OF ROTORK PAKSCAN SYSTEM IN VARIOUS GDS STATIONS-P3 Pakscan PS 711 systems (total qty 07) are installed in GDS facilities in Station A4, A5, V, T3 and S. These Pakscan PS 711 systems facilitate operation team to locally as well as remotely (through SCADA) operate pipeline/piping valves of sizes 16" or more. The motorized and remote operation of transmission and distribution valves is very important due to centralized monitoring & control of distributed GDS facilities and ensure reliable gas supply to various industries within the state of Qatar. The installed model of P3 Pakscan system (PS 711 (24 VDC) in above mentioned GDS facilities are obsolete. The availability and operability of installed PS 711 systems cannot be guaranteed due to unavailability of required spares and support from OEM. Therefore, it is recommended to engineer, procure and upgrade the install base of Pakscan systems with latest available model so that reliable and safe operation of GDS facilities can be guaranteed.

MARINE ECOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR QP-IS-QP requires the services of a competent and experienced CONTRACTOR to provide all necessary equipment, manpower, expertise, resources, and technical information/data in order to complete the Marine Ecological Survey in the immediate vicinity and around QP Idd El Shargi (QP IS) offshore facilities and operations

INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT OF 24" PS103 PIPELINE-DETAILED ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT OF THE DRAGGED 24" PS103 GAS EXPORT LINE SEGMENT AND DENTS Scope of SERVICES is to carry out to Industry and world class best practices an integrity assessment of the subject PS103 24" pipeline, and to provide to QP, written recommendation(s) on how to restore the said line to safe and reliable use, to the same standard and production capability as the line was originally designed to achieve.

PURCHASE, INSTALL, M&S OF INTEGRATED CANTEENS PAYMENT SYSTEM-Purchase, Install, M&S Of Integrated Canteens Payment System which facilitate meals consumptions, payments, recoveries and reporting for QP staff and contractors utilization of QP canteens across industrial cities.

PROVISION OF CIVIL MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SERVICES AT OFFSHORE-Provision of civil workers includes various civil maintenance support services and to carry out alterations,modifications, maintenance and/or repairs to building, structures and installations at QP offshore locations. The SERVICES shall be performed monthly on dedicated basis in addition to a call-off basis, as and when required by QP.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SIL STUDY RECOMMENDATIONS AT QP REFINERY-The Scope of Work includes supply, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning for implementation of various SIL study recommendations and handover to QP Refinery in ready to use condition. The WORK shall also include the activities to be carried out by CONTRACTOR by utilizing the services of DCS/ESD OEM i.e. Honeywell. A Vast majority of the recommendation shall be implemented during the 2021 Turn-around Refinery2, RFCC and GRTA.
