REFRACTORY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-The objective of this CONTRACT is to utilize the Services of CONTRACTOR on Call-Off basis for duration of five (5) calendar years starting from the EFFECTIVE DATE of the CONTRACT to undertake the procurement, repair and replacement of a variety of refractory materials used in various equipment at QP Refinery Mesaieed.

PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR SURFACE SAMPLING AND PVT ANALYSIS FOR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE OILFIELDS-1,,Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of onsite surface sampling, PVT analysis, water analyses and specialized Asphaltene, Flow Assurance and EOR analyses for QatarEnergy Onshore and Offshore oil and gas fields on a call-off basis. 2,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,,Collection of samples from Onshore and Offshore oil and gas wells or facilities and transportation of the collected fluid samples to/ from the Contractor's laboratory. If required, the samples shall also be stored at Contractor's premises for further analysis. 2.2,,Contractor shall have a fully equipped laboratory, with complete PVT facilities and equipment to perform the analyses (PVT, EOR, Water, Compositional, Flow Assurance, Asphaltene) in the State of Qatar or any other locations as approved by QatarEnergy, meeting QatarEnergy and industry HSE standard. 2.3,,The laboratory shall be accredited for quality assurance by a reputable international body. 2.4,,Technical support from Contractor's Principal or Head Quarters shall be available and shall be provided within 24 hours, if required. 2.5,,Contractor shall perform analyses of Bottom Hole Samples 2.6,,Contractor shall be responsible to provide a qualified On-Site Surface Sampling Engineer or Chemist and On-Site Gas Analysis Engineer or Chemist and other key personnel as per the Scope of Services. 2.7,,Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary tools, sampling bottles/cylinders/Chemical Adsorption Tube (CAT) and equipment required for collection and performing the analyses, including portable analytical equipment to carry out on site analyses, if required. 2.8,,Contractor shall provide all sampling bottles/cylinders 2.9,,Providing operational report upon completion of each Release Order. 3,,Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years from the Effective Date.

EPIC FOR UPGRADE OF ONLINE CONDITION MONITORING SYSTEM DUKHN-The scope on EPIC basis involves engineering, procurement, installation, performance testing and commissioning activities to upgrade the System 1 - Online Condition Monitoring System (OCMS) within the Dukhan Fields.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR WELLHEAD SCADA SYSTEM ON CALL OFF BASIS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Provision of maintenance services for Solar power system, Cathodic protection, Network Mgt System, Radios and UPS system installed under Wellhead SCADA system in Dukhan fields on routine preventive maintenance basis and Corrective maintenance services, on call-off basis for a duration of 5 years.

EPIC FOR VARIOUS PIPELINE MOCS IN DUKHAN-The Scope of Work includes Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning to complete the following Management of Change (MOC): a) MOC 1000001734 - Improvement to Glycol Reboiler Outlet Vent Routing to Flare KOD; b) MOC 1000001390 - Crude Oil Drain Sump Modification at JALM. All two (2) MOCs are shutdown sensitive and shall be carried out and completed during designated plant shutdown durations.

MAINTENANCE / OVERHAULING OF LOADING ARMS & ALLIED WORKS IN NGL PLANTS, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Complete inspection, overhauling, and testing of seven (5 Marine and 2 Truck) loading arms including all the associated accessories, systems, controls, mechanical, hydraulic, instrumentation and electrical components installed at NGL Plant's jetty and off plots area in Mesaieed

SPADING DESPADING AND RIGGING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Provision of skilled, experienced and certified rigging supervisors, riggers, bolt tensioning technicians and multi-skilled labourers for carrying out periodic maintenance and inspection of pipelines, vessels, exchangers and other equipment installed at offshore locations and assist maintenance trades with their daily activities and handle all tasks related to lifting operations. Dedicated crews + adhoc requirements [i.e., as & when required]. Contract duration 05 years.
