PROVISION OF OPERATED EQUIPMENT SERVICES FOR QATARENERGY INDUSTRIAL CITIES (RLIC AND MIC)-CONTRACTOR shall provide various types of lifting equipment and heavy vehicles (herein after referred to as “Equipment”), with operating personnel on “continuous” and/or on “call-off basis” for all operational areas within RLIC and MIC, including but not limited to operators, drivers & riggers (herein after referred to as “Operating Personnel”), services, supervision, tools & tackles, consumables including fuel and each and every item of expense necessary to provide the lifting support and heavy vehicle transportation services at RLIC and MIC
