Production of documents in the L and the C series of the Official Journal of the European Union.

Production of audiovisual publications: analysis, design, production, postproduction, maintenance and assistance in publishing of audiovisual publications.

Provision of language-editing services related to general publications in the 24 (twenty-four) EU official languages as well as in non-EU languages.

Provision of high quality, state-of-art and cost-effective web, publishing and dissemination services in accordance with the expectations of its stakeholders (mainly the European Commission’s DGs and Agencies of the ‘research family’).

Technical consolidation of legal acts of the European Union and its consistency check.

Provision of DOI back office and DOI-related services.

The tasks of the future contractor will concern the elaboration of studies, technical specifications and prototypes for the improvement of the current implementation and configuration of Ceres, CELLAR and other systems using semantic technology. In addition, the future contractor shall provide advice (conceptual and technical) in the domain of semantic technology in relation with the activities of the Publications Office. Moreover, a technical assistance is foreseen for the preparation and the execution of test demonstrating that developed systems conform to the technical specifications including the production of test reports and data curation.
