This Is A Procurement For An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (idiq) Repair & Alterations Services Contract Forthe U.s. General Services Administration (gsa), Public Building Service, Region 5. This Area Includes Illinois, Indiana,michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, And Wisconsin, Though Some Projects May Involve Locations Outside Of This Region. Theresultant Awards Will Correspond To At Least One State. Contractors Will Not Be Required To Submit Proposals For Morethan One State. It Is Anticipated That Multiplecontract Awards Will Be Made As A Result Of This Procurement.the Contract Will Be For One Base Year With Four (4) One-year Options That May Be Exercised At The Sole Discretion Ofthe Government. Once An Idiq Contract Is Awarded, Task Orders Will Be Issued For Specific Projects.the Procurement Is Set-aside For Small Businesses Only. The Naics Code For This Procurement Is 236220. It Isexpected There Will Be A Guaranteed Minimum Of $2,000 And A Maximum Annual Limitation Of $10,000,000 Percontract. It Is Expected That Each Contract Will Have A $10,000,000 Per Order Maximum.
