Shared bike rental and associated micromobility schemes Framework Agreement - Solent Region-Portsmouth City Council (the council) on behalf of Solent Transport, has established a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of shared bike rental schemes in the Solent Transport area.
