Redbridge House Refurbishment (Call off from PCF) - AWARD-The council is inviting tenders from suppliers on the Primary Contractor Framework who expressed an interest in the refurbishment works to Redbridge House. The contract will be let on JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor Design Portion, 2024 Edition. The timetable is below.
