Framework Agreement for the supply and distribution of Dry Chilled and Frozen Food - AWARD-Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and distribution of dry, chilled, and frozen food to Adult Social Care sites in the Portsmouth Area as required.
