The Norwegian Patent Office would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services related to payroll services. The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers for temporary staff services. The contracting authority primarily needs temporary staff to cover illness, leave of absence, holidays, and for special ad-hoc assignments. The assignments will be of varying length. The extent is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. Patentstyret would like to enter into a contract for cleaning services for Patentstyret's new premises in Valle Vision.

The Norwegian Patent Office intends to enter into an agreement for the purchase of a new virtualisation platform. The estimated contract value is approx. NOK 3.6 million over the course of the contract period including options. For more information on the purpose and scope of the agreement, refer to the SSA-K Standard Government Contract, Annex.

The Patent Office will enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the purchase of archive services. See SSA-L annex 1 for further information on the scope and content of the procurement.

The Norwegian Industrial Property Office (Patentstyret) would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 provider of moving services. During the spring of 2024 the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (Patentstyret) is moving from Sandakerveien 64, 0484 Oslo to Innspurten 11c, 0663 Oslo (henceforth referred to as Valle Vision). The biggest planned call-off against the agreement will be moving the head office to new premises at Valle Vision by June 3, 2024. As a part of the assignment, the tenderer shall assist the contracting authority in selling, donating and/or discarding furniture, fixtures, and chattels that shall not be moved to Valle Vision. This part of the assignment requires some disassembly. The Norwegian Patent Office will purchase firewalls and network equipment for its new locations. The procurement includes firewalls, network switches and up to 25 wireless access points, as well as maintenance agreements and assistance with installation/configuration of the delivered equipment and planning the transition to the new network structure. 

Patentstyret [the Norwegian Industrial Property Office] would like to procure a system for customer relationship management (hereinafter referred to as the CRM system) The system will be a primary tool for administration and follow-up of customer data and customer relations within the area "courses and marketing". The agreement we would like to enter into sets up an "establishment phase" where the CRM system is implemented, existing customer databases are transferred to the new system, registrations and courses are set up and some minor integrations are made. Furthermore, we envisage a "phase to expand" for, among other things, the use of the CRM system on product data within the agency's core business.

The Patent Office shall, as a national competence centre, contribute to more good rights and better use of immaterial values. There is a great need for increased knowledge and consciousness on good use of immaterial rights. The Patent Office is in the process of formulating the strategy that will apply from 2023. We already know that we will use the sub-goals from the current strategy period. These are: 1) More good rights and 2) Better use of immaterial values. The recruitment company will assist the Norwegian Industrial Property Office in the recruitment of top managers, managers, and highly competent specialists. The Norwegian Industrial Property Office would like assistance that can span from the full recruitment process with searches to partial deliveries of the recruitment process.
