Street Sweeping Bulking and Haulage-The principal purpose of this Contract is to provide a Delivery Point for the bulking and onward haulage and delivery to the Treatment Point of Approved Waste arising from West Oxfordshire and surrounding areas and delivered predominantly by West Oxfordshire District Council.
