Oslo Municipality offers a wide range of services with associated food and drink services for residents of all age groups with various needs. The offered food in the municipality should be good and nutritious, where a large proportion is plant-based and sustainable. This co-purchasing agreement shall contribute in meeting the Contracting Authority's requirement for food and beverages for the municipality's various services.

The joint purchasing agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for renovation of furniture and fixtures and/or renovation projects that require a combination of the following services: - Redesign: design/sketching and execution to give a fresh look or new functions to furniture and fixtures - Repairs: various repair services for furniture and fixtures comprising: - Furniture upholstering (reupholstering and padding of furniture, sewing/industrial sewing, etc.) - Cabinet maker (wood and cabinet making work, etc.) - Other services that are closely related to the listed services, as well as other services naturally linked to the above such as simple metalwork, minor glass work and varnishing - Interior architect - Transport The tenderer must be able to supply all of the above listed services and have total responsibility for the delivered product. The work can be carried out by the tenderer, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s).

The joint contract includes the delivery of light source products, standard fittings, products for smart light control and installation material/electrical material for the following main groups: - LED light sources - Halogen - Compact fluorescent tubes - Fluorescent tubes - Special lamps - Light control; sensors, relays, control units, etc. - Starters/igniters The contract also includes building inspections including photometry, professional organisation of order lists and consultancy regarding energy efficiency and environmentally friendly light sources. The contract does not include deliveries to construction projects where light sources and fittings are included in the contract, as well as light sources that are bought via electrician services.

General group framework agreement (joint procurement contract) for ICT consultancy services. The joint procurement contract is split into 5 lots. The contracting authority has entered into parallel framework agreements with 15 tenderers for each lot: 1. Project and process 2. Architecture assistance 3. IT security, quality and security consultancy services 4. Test/test management and design and user experiences 5. Analytics and data administration

The framework agreement (co-procurement contract) will cover the contracting authority's need for redesign and repair of furniture and fixtures. The contracting authority's need for the services is varied and spans from, amongst other things, schools, nurseries, health institutions, and office premises, to park areas. The tenderer must themselves, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s), be able to carry out at least one of the following: - Redesign (including design/sketches and execution of the work) - Furniture upholstery - Cabinet maker services - Other services mentioned or that are closely connected to the mentioned services in the tender documentation, point 1.3.2.
