The Agency for Nursing Homes has a continual need for fresh fish and fish products. The contract is for the procurement and delivery of fresh fish and fish products to our production kitchen in Silurveien. The production kitchen produces dinners that are delivered to our institutions and to some external customers. The procurement will contribute to long-term nursing homes and health centres in Oslo Municipality having a cost efficient framework agreement for the procurement of fresh fish and fish products.

The contract is for the procurement of a complete software system for a patient signalling system that will be procured from a cloud service provider with the accompanying patient signalling equipment, signalling monitors, sensors, etc. In addition to the patient signalling system, tenderers are asked to offer integrated functionality for digital inspection. In addition to the Agency for Nursing Homes, Oslobygg and private/non-profit operators of long term homes organised under the Department of Health, Elderly, and Inhabitant Services (HEI), will be able to use the contract in the contract period. There is a list of private/non-profit operators in the qualification documentation and the tender documentation.

Dronning Ingrids Hage will open in April 2023. It is a long term home for persons with cognitive decline. The long term home has 130 places split between small residential units with mainly 6-10 residents in each. Welfare technology will give solutions that can give increased independency and mastering of the residents' own life, illness, and health based on the needs of each individual person. Entities in Oslo Municipality have recently seen a need for digital systems in the monitoring service. There is a need to raise the quality and increase the efficiency of physical monitoring. This particularly concerns needs related to: • maintaining the service recipient´s private life and undisturbed sleep • being notified of events that can require monitoring • preventing and discovering situations early, which can lead to a service recipient falling The need that this procurement will cover is to raise the quality and increase the efficiency connected to carrying out supervision.
