Lived experience group facilitation-Ofcom has been engaging with a group of bereaved families campaigning for online safety and adults with direct experience of online harms as children, including child sexual abuse, who wish to engage with Ofcom as an entity representing those with lived experiences of the harms in scope of the Online Safety Act (OSA). Ofcom has a requirement for lived experience group facilitation.

Online Safety Business Survey-Ofcom required an agency to conduct a quantitative survey with at least 300 businesses who are likely to be regulated under the Online Safety Act (OSA). The purpose of the research is to gain a better understanding of the reach of the new regulatory framework, how it may be considered by different parts of industry, and the systems and processes that businesses currently have in place to keep users safe online.
