The contest is for a contract for project management for 3 health buildings. The projects vary in scope and will be ongoing over approx. 3-7 years. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The volumes in point 1.1.4 are estimates and are not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contest is subject to cancellation by the contracting authority, due to budget coverage and political approval, amongst other things.

The contracting authority would like tenders for groceries, i.e., food products, dairy products, and juice.

MOVAR wants to lease a total of two 2-axle refuse collection vehicles, with single chambers for waste collection for use in the waste collection division. Although MOVAR needs a total of 2 refuse collection vehicles, it is possible to submit tenders for only 1 vehicle. An operational leasing agreement must be offered. This means that the monthly leasing instalments shall not cover the entire value of the refuse collection vehicle, and it is assumed that the vehicle has a remaining value at the end of the leasing period, in accordance with the stipulated remaining value in the contract’s price form. The leasing contract result in no financial risk and control are being transferred to the Contracting Authority as in the case of a financial leasing contract. The leasing agreements are valid for 7 years. The vehicles must run on biogas or electricity.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is in the process of renewing and adding equipment to the kitchen and mess at Ørland Air Station. New furnishing and equipment for industrial kitchens shall therefore be procured. The procurement is carried out as a supply contract, but must also include necessary engineering design, assembly at the construction site, commissioning and training. The tender contest concerns the provision of services related to tiling and masonry. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase is: NOK 38,000 000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. County road 2300 environment street Gran is located in Gran Municipality and will be part of county road 2300. The road will functions a diversion road for national road 4 Gran Tunnel. The development plan was finally adopted on 13 June 2013. The plan is mainly built on the municipal sector plan for the town centre. This involves county road 2300 partially lying in a new route (south) and partially in the previous route for national road 4 (north) through the centre of Gran. The southern, flat part of the planning area was previously bog and very bad ground conditions. County road 2300 environment street Gran is planned to be constructed with a normal width of 6.5 m. In addition there will be a foot and cycle path + a pavement, as green verges. The road will be dimensioned with a street design suitable for a 40 km/h speed limit and an annual daily traffic count of 6000 vehicles/day. This involves principle solutions with partially mixed traffic and road crossings.
