Framework for Pre-Construction Services-Framework for the provision of professional design and management services to support the delivery of Northern Trains Limiteds programme of capital and maintenance works. During its term this Framework may be utilised by Network Rail Limited and other DfT OLR Holdings Limited Train Operating Company (TOC) subsidiary companies i.e. London North Eastern Railway (LNER), SE Trains Limited (SET), plus any other TOCs that join DOHL during the initial term of the Framework and subsequent extension.
