Planning ref: 20/01195/MFULE)-The services will be provided by Richard Wood of Richard Wood Associates for North Yorkshire Council. The contract is to cover expert witness role in a planning appeal ( public Inquiry) This is to include the preparation of the LPA's Statement of Case, Statement of Common Ground; Proof Of Evidence and giving evidence under cross examination at the Inquiry.
