Award of ASN Extension and Refurbishment Works to Edward Lawson Centre (SPA Project ref 48627) Re...-The works comprise of the extension and refurbishment to the existing Edward Lawson Centre including structural work to the new extension, minor demolition works, installation of new partitions, replacing floor/wall & ceiling finishes, re-decoration, replacing sanitary ware, upgrade mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, cleaning the areas on completion. Associated civils work including creation of a bus-turning circle, and footpath/landscaping works.
